Today, we’re sharing that we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue Juno at the end of November. We created Juno to help businesses save time and money when sending and receiving payments and our team is proud of the product we built. However, due to circumstances which we have been unable to overcome, we are no longer able to continue the business or its services.

What can existing users expect?

You will be able to continue sending and receiving payments through Juno until the end of November although we advise you to ensure that you follow up on any outstanding payments. We would also encourage you to begin the migration process to an alternative platform as soon as you can. During this time and beyond your personal information will continue to be secure and protected by our privacy policy. Any linked bank accounts can be removed either in the Juno interface or directly with your bank. If they are not removed manually then they will lapse automatically 90 days after you originally completed authentication.

Should you have any questions, you can contact the team at [email protected].
